Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our Google Maps review posting services, GReviews operates under a strict no-refund policy.

Once payment is processed and service delivery begins, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances.

By placing an order with GReviews, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Why We Have a No Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy exists for several important reasons:

  • Services begin immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Resources are allocated and review posting begins within 24-48 hours
  • Real people are assigned to post authentic reviews for your business
  • Once reviews are posted to Google Maps, they cannot be unposted or reversed
  • The nature of our service involves time-sensitive, non-reversible actions
  • Immediate costs are incurred when we begin working on your order

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details, package selection, and business information before completing payment.

3. What Happens After Payment

Understanding our process helps explain why refunds are not possible:

  • Your order is immediately added to our fulfillment queue
  • Our team verifies your Google Maps business listing
  • Real reviewers are assigned to your order
  • Review posting begins according to your package delivery timeline
  • Reviews are strategically posted over the delivery period to maintain authenticity
  • Each review involves coordination with real people using residential IP addresses

Once these processes begin, they cannot be reversed or cancelled.

4. Order Confirmation Process

To help you avoid mistakes, we provide multiple confirmation opportunities:

  • Order summary displayed before payment
  • Review of package details, pricing, and delivery timeframe
  • Verification of your Google Maps URL
  • Confirmation of uploaded photos (if applicable)

5. No Refunds for the Following Reasons

  • Business closing or changing ownership
  • Dissatisfaction with review content (reviews are authentic and unscripted)
  • Slower than expected impact on search rankings
  • Google algorithm changes affecting review visibility
  • Customer decides they no longer want the service after payment
  • Duplicate orders placed by mistake
  • Wrong package selected
  • Payment method issues (declined cards, insufficient funds, etc.)

6. Service Delivery Commitment

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering the service you paid for:

  • Reviews will be posted according to your package specifications
  • All reviews come from real accounts with established history
  • Reviews are posted using residential IP addresses
  • Manual posting by real people (no bots or automation)
  • Photos uploaded (if you provided them)
  • Reviews distributed over the delivery period for authenticity

We deliver exactly what is promised in your selected package.

7. What We Cannot Guarantee

The following factors are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds:

  • Permanent visibility of reviews on Google Maps
  • Google's algorithmic decisions regarding review removal
  • Specific review ratings or star counts
  • Exact review content (reviews are authentic and written naturally)
  • Immediate improvement in search rankings
  • Protection against future Google policy changes
  • Timing of when reviews appear in Google search results

Our service focuses on posting authentic reviews using best practices. However, Google's systems and algorithms are independent and may change at any time.

9. Chargeback Policy

IMPORTANT: Chargebacks are considered fraud if service was delivered as agreed.

If you initiate a chargeback after receiving the service you paid for:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will provide complete documentation to your bank/payment processor
  • Evidence includes: order confirmation, service delivery records, IP logs, review posting timestamps
  • You may be reported to fraud prevention services
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks
  • You will be permanently banned from using our services

We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.

10. Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before placing an order, please carefully consider:

  • Do you have the correct Google Maps URL for your business?
  • Have you selected the right package for your needs?
  • Do you understand the delivery timeframe for your package?
  • Are you authorized to represent this business?
  • Have you read and understood our Terms of Service?
  • Do you accept that reviews may be removed by Google's algorithms?
  • Are you aware that this service cannot be cancelled once payment is made?

11. Service Issues and Support

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Reviews are not being posted within the expected timeframe
  • Wrong business location was posted to
  • Technical issues with your account or dashboard
  • Concerns about service quality or delivery

While we cannot offer refunds, we will investigate legitimate service issues and work to resolve them.

12. Package Delivery Timeframes

Each package has a specific delivery window:

  • Starter Package (5 reviews): 10 business days
  • Business Package (10 reviews): 14 business days
  • Professional Package (20 reviews): 30 business days
  • Enterprise Package (50 reviews): 60 business days

Reviews are posted gradually over this period to maintain authenticity. Posting occurs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local business time (no weekends or major holidays).

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly. Minor delays do not qualify for refunds.

13. Google's Review Policies

Important information about Google's review system:

  • Google has the right to remove any review at any time
  • Google's algorithms may filter or hide reviews
  • Review visibility can change based on Google's updates
  • Google does not provide explanations for review removals
  • No service can guarantee permanent review visibility

We use best practices to ensure compliance with Google's policies, but we cannot control Google's algorithms or decisions. Review removals by Google do not qualify for refunds.

14. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider the following exceptions:

  • Service was not delivered at all (no reviews posted)
  • Technical error on our end prevented service delivery
  • Payment was processed twice due to system error

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require substantial documentation. Approval is at our sole discretion.

15. Service Modifications

After payment is processed, you cannot:

  • Change the Google Maps URL
  • Switch to a different package
  • Request a different business location
  • Cancel or pause the service
  • Accelerate or delay the posting schedule

Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

16. Payment Method Information

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: All PayPal transactions are final
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed via Stripe - all sales final
  • Cryptocurrency: Processed via NowPayments - crypto transactions are irreversible

All payment methods are subject to this no-refund policy. Cryptocurrency payments are especially irreversible by nature.

17. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Refund Policy is part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

By placing an order, you agree to both this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

In case of conflict between documents, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

18. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.

Orders placed under a previous version of this policy are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
