1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GReviews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

GReviews provides Google Maps review posting services to help businesses improve their online presence and local search rankings.

2. Description of Service

GReviews offers the following services:

• Authentic Google Maps review posting from real accounts
• Reviews posted by real people using residential IP addresses
• Manual review posting (no bots or automation)
• Photo uploads with reviews (when provided by client)
• Various package options with different review counts and delivery timeframes

All reviews are posted Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local business time. Reviews are not posted on weekends or major holidays.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Register for an account with accurate and complete information
• Verify your email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Be authorized to represent the business receiving reviews

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and 150+ coins)

4.3 Payment Processing

Payment is required before service delivery begins. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

4.4 No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our service, once reviews begin posting, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing payment.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeframes

Service delivery times vary by package:

• Starter Package (5 reviews): 10 business days
• Business Package (10 reviews): 14 business days
• Professional Package (20 reviews): 30 business days
• Enterprise Package (50 reviews): 60 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Reviews are posted gradually over the delivery period to maintain authenticity.

5.2 Service Limitations

We cannot guarantee:

• That all reviews will remain permanently visible on Google
• Specific review ratings or content
• Immediate search ranking improvements
• Protection against Google's algorithmic changes

5.3 Google's Policies

While we use best practices to ensure compliance, Google's review policies and algorithms may change. We are not responsible for reviews removed by Google after posting.

6. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate Google Maps URL for your business
• Own or be authorized to represent the business
• Provide appropriate photos (if using photo upload feature)
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and policies
• Not resell or redistribute our services

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Submit orders for businesses you don't own or aren't authorized to represent
• Post reviews for competitors with intent to harm
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for prohibited uses.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GReviews and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission.

9. Content Ownership

By uploading photos or providing content for reviews, you grant GReviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you provide.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Reviews will remain permanently on Google
• Your business will achieve specific search rankings

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREVIEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GReviews from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you provide to us

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

17. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GReviews regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
